Join us for the 30 for 30 June Fitness Challenge

Will you commit to 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days?  Research shows it takes 30 repetitions to acquire a skill and 30 days to make it a habit.  Make your life better and develop the habit of health and fitness.  Do it for yourself!  Do it for your family.

We challenge you to MOVE, FEEL and BE your BEST!

It only takes 30 minutes of activity to boost your mood, brain & body.

We are holding our PRICE FIT CLUB members accountable.  Find an accountability partner if you don’t have one.  JOIN US!

The 30 for 30 fitness challenge starts June 1st and goes until the end of the month! Let’s get at it!
