Stephanie Richtaritsch, RMT
Stephanie is a Registered Massage Therapist who earned her certification in September 2024 after completing the Massage Therapy program at triOS College in Kitchener, Ontario. Stephanie is dedicated to providing personalized, therapeutic care that addresses the root cause of discomfort, aiming to not only relieve pain but also restore her clients’ ability to return to their daily activities.
With experience in treating a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, overuse syndromes, nerve compression, joint dysfunctions, and postural imbalances, Stephanie tailors each treatment to meet the unique needs of every individual. She incorporates General Swedish massage techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, remedial
exercises, facilitated stretching, and strength exercises to help her clients achieve their health goals.
Stephanie is passionate about empowering her clients to better understand their health and is always available to answer questions related to massage therapy. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time at the Concordia Club, celebrating her German heritage, listening to live music and spending time with her friends and family. She looks forward to welcoming new clients and being a part of their journey toward wellness.
