PRICE HEALTH & KIDSABILITY FUNDRAISER
We are excited to announce that PRICE HEALTH has chosen KIDSABILITY as their charity of choice to raise money for kids, youth & families!
From November 9th – November 30th 2020 PRICE HEALTH will donate HALF the value of new patient fees from PHYSIOTHERAPY & CHIROPRACTIC consultations back to KIDSABILITY.
PRICE HEALTH has a wonderful team of Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Massage Therapists that can help you with the day to day aches and pains from sitting at your desk, headaches, low back/neck pain treatment, knee/shoulder pain treatment, arthritis or you can just book in for a spinal check up!
Most extended health care plans cover the services offered at PRICE HEALTH. Be sure to check with your provider. The health assistants at PRICE HEALTH are very helpful and will provide statements for you to submit for reimbursement through your insurance company.
At the end of the month we will tally up the number of new patients from this fundraiser and a donation will be made back to KIDSABILITY from this PRICE GIVES BACK fundraiser.
