Recipe: Grain Free Banana Bread
Ingredients:
– 4 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1/3 cup coconut oil
– 4 eggs
– 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
– 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
– ½ c coconut flour
– 1 tsp Himalayan salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease pan with coconut oil. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Add to pan and make for 30-35 minutes.
